What does “all-trades works” mean?
It means we take charge of every package on a project: structural works, but also electrical, plumbing, joinery, plastering, painting and coverings. You have a single point of contact and a single contract, instead of coordinating a dozen different firms yourself.
Which areas do you cover?

Do you work for private clients as well as businesses?
Yes. We support private clients (villa construction, apartment or house renovation, fit-out), businesses (offices, retail, industrial buildings), developers and public bodies. Every project is treated with the same rigour, whatever its size.
What is a curtain wall and when should you install one?
A curtain wall is a lightweight façade, usually aluminium and glass, fixed in front of the building structure without carrying its load. It brings in a lot of natural light, gives a modern look and provides good air and water tightness. It is mostly found on office buildings, retail units and commercial premises.
Do you also carry out property development?
Yes. Beyond works carried out for our clients, we structure and carry our own property programmes: land sourcing, permitting, design, construction and marketing. Since we build what we sell ourselves, we fully control the quality we hand over.
How are your quotes drawn up?
After a site visit, we issue an itemised quote: description of works, unit, quantity, unit price and amount. The quote is valid for 30 days, is exclusive of tax (VAT added per current regulations) and comes with an indicative programme. Any change during the works is covered by a supplementary quote.
What are your lead times and payment terms?
The completion time is agreed together according to the nature and size of the works, and is stated on the quote. Payment follows the progress of the works, at the milestones set out in the accepted quote.
